Help design the MTSS & SPED support tool you’ve always needed—while locking in our best pricing, white-glove support, and a direct voice in product development.
Across Texas and beyond, districts are being asked to do more with less—especially when it comes to MTSS, SPED, and intervention documentation. Case managers and teachers are buried in paperwork, leaders are juggling multiple systems, and families often feel left out of the loop.
AccompliED was built to change that.
As a Founding Partner, your district or campus doesn’t just “use” the tool—you help shape it.
1. Compliance Confidence
2. Capacity & Time Savings
3. Partnership Perks
As a Founding Partner, you agree to:
We’ll keep all student information FERPA-compliant and never share identifying data. Any public-facing stories or results will always be reviewed and approved by you first.
If you’re tired of juggling folders, spreadsheets, and multiple systems—and you’re ready to co-design something better for your staff and students—the Founding Partner program is likely a strong fit.
This program is designed for:
Step 1 – Discovery & Alignment
We meet with your team to understand your current MTSS, SPED, and intervention processes, pain points, and non-negotiables. Together, we decide which campuses, content areas, or student groups will be included in the Founding Partner pilot.
Step 2 – Set Up & Training
We configure AccompliED around your existing workflows as much as possible and provide targeted training for teachers, interventionists, SPED staff, and campus/district leaders.
Step 3 – Pilot in Action
Your teams use AccompliED during real day-to-day work for documentation, monitoring, and communication. Our team checks in regularly to provide support, adjust workflows, and gather feedback.
Step 4 – Review & Scale
We review usage, outcomes, and team feedback with you and plan next steps: scaling to additional campuses, adding new modules (e.g., emergent bilingual), and refining your district-wide implementation plan.
Start with one track and build over time. We’ll help you choose the best starting point for your district or campus.
As a Founding Partner, you can start with one focus area or combine multiple:
1. How long does the Founding Partner program last?
The initial commitment is one school year, with the option to extend at your protected Founding Partner rate.
2. Can we start with just one or two campuses?
Yes. Many districts begin with a small, representative group of campuses to refine workflows before scaling.
3. What kind of training do staff receive?
We provide role-specific training for teachers, interventionists, SPED staff, and leaders—including live virtual sessions and on-demand resources.
4. How is data privacy handled?
AccompliED is built with student privacy at the center. We comply with FERPA and applicable state privacy requirements. Any data used in case studies is de-identified and reviewed by you first.
5. What if we already have systems for some of this?
We’ll work with you to reduce duplication, not add it. During the discovery phase, we map existing tools and workflows and design an implementation that fits your reality—not a one-size-fits-all model.
6. How many Founding Partner spots are available?
We’re limiting the first cohort to a small number of districts/campuses to ensure high-touch support. Once spots are filled, new partners will join at standard pricing.
If you're ready to simplify compliance, protect your staff's time and co-design a tool that actually fits your district's culture and brand, we'd love to talk.
