AccompliED Education Specialists support campuses and districts as they navigate MTSS-A/B, SPED accommodations, and compliance readiness. Specialists help leaders and teachers translate data into clear actions, model best-practice workflows in the AccompliED platform, and ensure every campus has a practical and sustainable support system for student needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in MTSS, SPED, Section 504, or Intervention roles
     
  • Strong understanding of Texas MTSS guidance, HB 1416, and TEA compliance expectations
     
  • Experience leading data meetings, progress monitoring systems, and intervention documentation
     
  • Comfortable coaching teachers and administrators in both virtual and on-site settings
     
  • Ability to evaluate systems and turn findings into actionable recommendations
     
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to district leaders
     
  • Familiarity with ed-tech tools or student-support platforms (bonus if you’ve done implementation work)

SPED & MTSS District Audit & Walkthrough Specialist- Contract

SPED & MTSS District Audit & Walkthrough Specialist- Contract

SPED & MTSS District Audit & Walkthrough Specialist- Contract

 District Audit Specialists conduct structured, comprehensive reviews of SPED and MTSS systems to identify strengths, gaps, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement. This role includes on-site walkthroughs, documentation reviews, interviews, and actionable reporting that helps districts improve services and prevent corrective actions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Special Education leadership (Coordinator, Facilitator, Diagnostician, Assessment Specialist, or AP/Principal with SPED oversight)
     
  • Deep knowledge of IDEA, FAPE, IEP implementation, timelines, and state indicators
     
  • Experience evaluating MTSS Tier 1, 2, and 3 systems with an equity lens
     
  • Strong ability to analyze documentation, processes, and campus practices
     
  • Skilled at writing clear, professional reports with actionable recommendations
     
  • Experience conducting campus observations, coaching teams, or leading audits/monitoring visits
     
  • Understanding of TEA Corrective Action requirements and strategies to avoid them

SPED Compliance & Evaluation Specialist

SPED & MTSS District Audit & Walkthrough Specialist- Contract

SPED Compliance & Evaluation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SPED Compliance & Evaluation Specialist to support districts with special education evaluation reviews, eligibility compliance, and audit readiness. This contract role focuses on ensuring evaluations are timely, defensible, and aligned with IDEA and state requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostician, School Psychology, or related field


  • Active state certification or licensure relevant to SPED evaluation


  • 7+ years of experience in special education evaluations and compliance


  • Strong understanding of IDEA, timelines, procedural safeguards, and eligibility criteria


  • Experience supporting audits, monitoring, or compliance reviews preferred
